  • JOB FAIR Dream Job Opportunity in the Aviation Sector for Transgender Persons!

    Transgender individuals can achieve their dream job in the aviation sector through specialized skill training and employment programs. The PRIDE Employment Project, jointly implemented by the Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission and the Department of Social Justice, is offering two months of *free training and accommodation* to eligible candidates.  

    *Eligibility Criteria:*  
    - *Educational Qualification:* Minimum Degree (in any discipline)  
    - *Age Limit:* 18 to 27 years  
    - *Requirement:* Transgender Identity Card/Certificate issued by the Government  

    *Courses Offered:*  
    1. Certificate in Airport Operations (CAO)  
    2. Cargo Operations Executive (COE)  
    3. Customer Service Agent (CSA)  

    *Key Benefits:*  
    - *Course Fee:* Fully free  
    - *Scholarship:* Available for selected candidates  
    - Free training in *English language* and *basic computer skills*
